I am a Senior Product Designer with over a decade of experience building and scaling digital products across Asia and beyond. My work sits at the intersection of AI and human-centered design, from Korea’s first voice assistant at SK Planet to FWD Group’s AI onboarding platform, and most recently Kunik.ai, a venture exploring ethical data access for AI systems.
I am passionate about creating technology that earns trust and helps people adapt to emerging tools in meaningful ways. Over the years, I have designed voice-first systems for safer driving, localized experiences that strengthened brand connection across markets, and AI-powered platforms that supported people’s learning and growth. Whether I am working with engineers, data scientists, or business leaders, I focus on aligning teams around a clear purpose and designing with empathy and transparency.
At FWD Group, I led the design of the regional AI onboarding platform, unifying recruitment, onboarding, and activation journeys across Asia’s insurance markets. The platform introduced the AI Training Avatar, an industry-first concept that improved agent readiness and reduced manual onboarding by around 25 percent. The work was later featured in Insurance Asia News for advancing digital transformation in the region.
Most recently at Liminal, a Temasek venture studio, I led the research and design strategy for Kunik.ai, an ethical data infrastructure concept for AI developers and publishers. I authored the Ethical AI Product Framework, embedding seven design principles such as transparency, consent, and explainability, and worked with the AI Engineer to prototype an auditable data exchange model. This experience deepened my belief that design can bridge innovation with accountability and help shape a fairer digital future.
Looking ahead, I want to continue designing AI-driven products that balance innovation and trust. I enjoy collaborating with early-stage teams, mentoring designers, and building systems where design, data, and ethics evolve together. My apprMore...
