I am an experienced HR Director and Safety Manager with 12 years in the construction industry at Lighthouse Electric. I hold two bachelor’s degrees—one in Human Resource Management and another in Accounting—which give me a strong foundation in both people management and financial oversight.
In addition to my corporate role, I am an entrepreneur, owning and operating two businesses where I personally manage all bookkeeping, payroll, and financial operations. This dual expertise allows me to bring both strategic and hands-on value to any organization.
