Having work-experience as management executives over 36 years in various capacities at various locations with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI), life insurance industry leader in the world (in terms of business turn-over and customer-base) , I had blessed opportunity to work with huge work-force including insurance intermediaries . That have edged me to develop keen interest in people's development within the organization , and now I am a freelancer as Trainer and also attached to College of Insurance , Mumbai , as Guest Faculty.
