I’m a business development and partnerships leader with global experience building inclusive growth strategies at the intersection of talent, community, and impact.
Currently, I serve as Director of Business Development at myGwork, the world’s largest professional network and talent platform for the LGBTQ+ community, partnering with 300+ inclusive employers globally. I work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, employer engagement, and long-term partnerships across EMEA and global markets.
Prior to this, I spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC within the Wealth Management Division, where I also founded the firm’s first LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for the Mid-Atlantic region and served as Corporate Committee Representative to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
After relocating to Madrid, I completed an International MBA at IE Business School, where I served as President of the LGBTQ+ student club and began consulting with organizations on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. As Conference Director of LGBT+@Work, I led the event’s growth to become the largest funded and third-largest LGBTQ+ workplace conference hosted by a business school globally in under three years.
Alongside my corporate work, I bring a creative and entrepreneurial background from the music industry. I hold a Master’s in Global Entertainment & Music Business from Berklee College of Music, where I launched LAVICHI Records to support diverse artists and was awarded the Outstanding Women’s Scholarship.
I’m currently open to roles in business development, partnerships, workplace culture, or DEI leadership, particularly within global, mission-driven, or growth-stage organizations.More...
