I founded Lexat Tax & Legal Advisory in January 2018. Previously, I collaborated with and later became a Partner at a leading firm specializing in tax, corporate, and business consulting, connected to one of the most prominent international networks, BDO. I subsequently served as a Partner at another major legal and tax consultancy firm until 2017.
I earned a degree in Economics and Business from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 1991 and completed a Master’s program in Non-Executive Directorship organized by the Academy of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. He is a member of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, the Register of Statutory Auditors, and the Register of Technical Consultants for the Court.
I’m frequently a finalist in the fields of tax consulting and wealth advisory in major national and international awards and regular speaker at conferences and masterclasses on tax matters and wealth planning, he is a member of the Wealth Advisory Committee and the Corporate Law Committee of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, as well as the Permanent Commission on Self-Care & Philanthropy at the Family Business Research Center (CERIF) established at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
