Philippe is a part-time faculty member at United International Business Schools (B-Nl) and Maastricht School of Management (Nl), and occasional visiting lecturer at Business Schools in Europe, Northern Africa, South America, and South-East Asia. His lectures, seminars and interactive workshops focus on Leadership of High Performing Teams and on Organisational Excellence. He is moreover a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on the identification, measurement and management of Intellectual Capital.

Group Audit & Risk Services at Mayne Nickless Europe (1995-97), Internal Audit Manager at DaimlerBenz (1993-95), Internal Auditor at ExxonChemical Europe (1990-93), and Product Manager at ICI
ImageData (1989-90). Prior to that he worked for 3 years as Senior Research Scientist at ICI Electronics (1984-1987).
