As part of my doctoral studies, I am currently leading a dietary clinical trial aiming to investigate the role of dietary management of adult patients with Crohn's disease. Since July 2022, I have been actively involved in the Project management including administrative and scientific assistance (research proposal writting, maintaining study documents etc). I have been leading a team of 3 post-graduate students participating in data collection and entry and patients’ monitoring. During the past 1.5 years I have recruited approximately 100 patients with Crohn’s Disease. I am a Registered Dietitian with 3 years of clinical experience in both private practice and clinical settings. Having successfully guided approximately 60 clients with various clinical conditions (i.e. Obesity, CVD, IBS, IBD, Cancer, Eating Disorders and other Mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder), I have developped many skills like Communication, Empathy, Behavior Change Support, Translating science-based recommendations into clinical practice. Lastly, the past 1 year I have worked for a dynamic start-up environment at PNOĒ (FT: The Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2024), as a Metabolic Expert / Account Manager.
