Guadalupe Boado Montero is the Coordinator at La Residuoteca, where she leads groundbreaking recycling initiatives and community engagement projects focused on sustainability. With a solid academic foundation in environmental science, Guadalupe is deeply committed to promoting sustainable living and minimizing environmental impact through education and hands-on action.
Her work at La Residuoteca includes the development and implementation of innovative educational programs that empower local communities to embrace eco-friendly habits, reduce waste, and rethink their relationship with consumption and materials. Her leadership has helped transform La Residuoteca into a creative hub for environmental awareness and action.
Beyond her work at the community level, Guadalupe has extensive experience collaborating with local, national, and international organizations. From 2011 to 2020, she worked with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Technical Cooperation Programme via the National Atomic Energy Commission of Argentina. In her role as Assistant in the National Liaison Office to the IAEA, she played a key part in managing a variety of Technical Cooperation Projects aimed at the peaceful use of nuclear technologies.
In 2022 and 2023, she contributed to local environmental policy and initiatives through her work in the Environmental Sector of Tigre Municipality, where she further deepened her engagement with public-sector environmental strategies.
Currently working independently, Guadalupe channels her multidisciplinary approach into projects that intersect art, ecology, and social change. Her current pursuits include both the management of La Residuoteca and research into the ethical and societal implications of emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in Reinforcement Human Learning Feedback in the artificial intelligence sector, exploring how AI shapes—and is shaped by—human values and lifestyles.
