Hi, I'm Gabriela Romero, a passionate leader bridging indigenous wisdom with modern organizational approaches. With over a decade of experience, I currently serve as President of La Fundación Biocorredores Amazónicos, where I lead initiatives supporting indigenous communities in the Amazon and Andes.
My unique strength lies in integrating traditional knowledge with contemporary practices, having successfully managed a $3M conservation program engaging 175+ communities and successful fundraising through bio-inspired solutions. My approach combines high-intellect with compassion, focusing on creating sustainable solutions that honor both ancestral ways and modern frameworks.
With expertise spanning environmental conservation, indigenous knowledge focus, and organizational development, I'm dedicated to fostering collaboration between diverse stakeholders while maintaining cultural integrity and driving meaningful impact.

***Witnessing the potential of collaboration (and destruction) among diverse groups, has shown me that bridging ancestral / natural ways and emotionally intelligent modern approaches provide a path through unconscious biases and power dynamics, whilst we are in service to humanity and this Earth.***
