Bethany Kovo is a University-trained Nutritionist, health coach, yoga teacher, and the creator of The Empowered Self Method—a 12-step path to embodiment, self-trust, and intuitive leadership.
She holds a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences with a focus in Dietetics and a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Connecticut. Her additional certifications include Reinspire + Release Breathwork, Spiritual Counseling and Medical Intuitive Level 1 from the Psyche Institute, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She has also received mentorship in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathwork facilitation.
With over 10 years of experience, Bethany bridges science-backed nutrition with somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and habit change. She’s helped hundreds of women move from burnout and overthinking to clarity, vitality, and deep self-trust—starting with the body.
