As an EU Project Management Officer at the Kosovo Olympic Committee, I have played a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of international sport development projects funded through the Erasmus+ programmeand in collaboration with leading European sport institutions.
One of the standout achievements includes successfully managing the “Sports as Value” project, an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at promoting inclusion, integrity, and education through sport.
In 2024, I also took a central role in coordinating ENGSO’s flagship event, the European Sport Platform, hosted for the first time in Kosovo. This high-level event brought together sport stakeholders from across Europe, and I was instrumental in logistics, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery—strengthening Kosovo’s visibility on the European sport map.
Beyond major projects, I have been deeply involved in organizing events and workshops focused on mental health in sport, athlete well-being, and safeguarding. These initiatives reflect a strong commitment to promoting safe, supportive, and inclusive environments in sport, in line with European values and IOC standards.
