Una carrera dedicada principalmente a la industria aseguradora en la cual tuve el privilegio de desempeñarme en muchas (y diversas) funciones. De formación técnica y actuarial, hoy me especializo en el desarrollo de soluciones tecnologicas que acerquen los seguros a cada vez más personas, como Head of program Management en Klimber, la insurtech comprometida con acortar la brecha de cobertura en Latinoamérica. Además, supe liderar equipos técnicos de pricing y reservas, como así también cumplir funciones en equipos de Inteligencia comercial, back office, entre otros.

Lara Bersano Calot is a seasoned strategic communications professional with over 20 years of experience in international relations, Academia and public leadership. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of the International Academia of Catholic Leaders and in several Boards where she serves as international communications and ESG advisor.

Lara got her Bachelor of Science in Social Communications with emphasis in Public Policy at the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in Corporate Communications at Georgetown University in Washington, an International Leadership Credential from Harvard University Kennedy School, and a certificate from the National Defense University on Cybersecurity with emphasis in NGOs systems. Lara is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and also reads French.
