In recent years, I have led Ukraine-based operations supporting U.S. Government, NATO, UN, NGO, international donors, overseeing logistics, construction, and supply-chain programs.
My role required not only strategic leadership, but hands-on execution: building certified vendor networks, , managing multi-stakeholder relationships, delivering mission-critical outcomes under pressure.
