Uri is a Ukranian born Chef who started his career working in a small cafe in downtown Berlin in Germany, he was given the opportunity to study at the Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris, and after finishing school he was given a sub chef position at a restaurant in Lille France, he then got an opportunity to travel to the US and started working as the Top Chef for Hyatt Regency in New York, he now is the founder and operator of Kitchen Affairs, a non for profit organization that helps feed people when a natural disaster hits.More...
