Since founding Kirkpatrick Consult Limited in 2012, I’ve been helping organisations of all sizes transform their operations through tailored IT training, support, systems development, and business development services.
As a Microsoft Certified Professional and Google Partner, I bring deep technical expertise in platforms like Salesforce (Certified Admin & Developer), ServiceMax, Microsoft 365, G Suite, SharePoint, and Moodle. I’ve developed and integrated solutions using technologies such as Visual Basic, Apex, SQL Server, mySQL, ASP, HTML, PHP, and more. My work often involves automating and streamlining business processes, integrating systems, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Before launching my consultancy, I held a variety of leadership roles at Tower Hamlets College, including Contract Manager for Employment Solutions and ICT Lecturer. I was responsible for managing government-funded employment contracts, developing departmental systems, and leading cross-functional teams. I also served as a Salesforce and Microsoft 365 administrator for global clients like North Technology Group, and led digital transformation projects for companies such as Branagh Marine Composites and James Automation.
I hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons), a PGCE, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I’m also trained in PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies and hold a qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. My background in education and training has been invaluable in helping teams adopt new technologies and work more efficiently.
