I am a civil engineer with a global career footprint and a consistent record of delivering value through technical execution, asset maintenance, and operational leadership across three continents.
My mission is to elevate facilities and infrastructure from cost centers to high-value operational assets. I do this by implementing predictive and corrective maintenance frameworks, optimizing retrofit construction in live environments, and leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Currently, I manage the entire maintenance operation for over 150 retail units in the state of Rio de Janeiro, leading 35+ technicians and integrating performance KPIs into business workflows. I have also delivered HVAC upgrades and infrastructure retrofits for logistics centers and high-traffic commercial locations in premium zones of Rio.
I hold a Civil Engineering degree recognized by CREA-RJ, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and certifications in project management (PMP®) and agile leadership (CSM®). Fluent in four languages, I integrate global standards with local execution to deliver impact with precision and discretion.
