I have been working in financial services (fund administration and fund management) for 25 years. Although I now live in the Philippines, I work part time in the UK time zone for JTC Group as a director of their alternative investment fund manager and as a consultant to their fund administration business, drafting contracts, reviewing prospectuses and other documents and acting as a company secretary. I previously taught English as a foreign language and acted for the government in Guernsey, Channel Islands, as an interpreter for German and Cantonese speakers.
