Bruna Aguiar is Bloomberg Media’s Account Director for the Middle East & Africa overseeing advertising, sponsorship and strategic media & custom content partnerships across Bloomberg’s platforms. Since joining Bloomberg in 2018, Bruna has focused on growing the business through strategic media partnerships with government and corporate entities across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt and various Sub-Saharan nations.
Bruna has over 15 years experience in the MEA region, and prior to joining Bloomberg, she worked for The Economist in Dubai. She is a seasoned sales and management professional with international experience supporting clients across industries such as Finance, Construction, Oil & Gas, Power and Mining.
Bruna is originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Montreal, Canada during her formative years. There she began her university studies at Concordia University, before returning to Brazil and
graduating from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado with a B.A. in International Business.
