I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a specialization in Foundations and Structures. For nearly a decade, I worked in structural engineering, leading and coordinating complex structural projects—both on-site and from the office—including seismic evaluations and constructability analysis, gaining deep technical and managerial expertise.
Driven by a strong interest in business, I worked in management, corporate finance, and business process optimization. Over the past several years, I have progressively transitioned into business consulting and corporate advisory. In the last four years, I’ve actively participated in the development and growth of several startups, guiding them through various stages including strategic planning, financing, and ultimately, successful exits.
In addition, I work as a consultant and advisor in Mergers & Acquisitions and asset sales, including the commercialization of patents and strategic company assets. I manage the entire transaction process end-to-end—analyzing financials, structuring deals, liaising with legal teams, and negotiating directly with both sellers and buyers, including investment funds, private investors, and companies.
I am also the co-author of one patent and the sole author of another, which has strengthened my understanding of the value and strategic positioning of intellectual property in business transactions.
