I began my career in IT in 2011 as a Windows Client Support Technical Lead at Texas Instruments, where I led the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 and developed automation tools to streamline endpoint management. In 2013, I moved into a Lab Manager and Apple Infrastructure Technical Manager role, taking on broader responsibility for virtualization, disaster recovery, and build automation infrastructure.
In 2015, I transitioned to Fossil Group as a Lead Apple Engineer, owning the macOS platform roadmap and driving enterprise-wide initiatives including JAMF Pro deployment. I was promoted to Senior Systems Engineer and End User Computing Team Lead in 2018, where I acted as Product Owner for the End User Computing portfolio and built a global patch management program that achieved over 95% compliance.
In 2022, I joined Amazon AWS as a Cloud Support Engineer, serving enterprise and government clients and collaborating with internal engineering teams to improve product reliability and customer experience.More...
