Iβve run passes, fought rosters, turned tables for three seatings ππ»ββοΈ . Iβve pitched and planned successful event series in Irish owned businesses and 4* hotels, π¨ Iβve designed menus and analysed PnLs to an inch of their lives.
All this to say - I Iβve worn many a hat throughout my career and currently Iβm the Operations Director at Mani, a Roma styled pizza slice restaurant π that has taken Dublin by storm.
