With over 15 years' experience in project, portfolio, and process management, my background spans private, public sectors, and third sectors. My work ranges from negotiating to implementing and evaluating the results of programs and projects.
I currently work as project planning and management consultant. I'm trained in the use of both agile models and traditional management, and also in collaboration techniques. With a versatile approach, I work to amplify the success of initiatives by optimizing processes and ensuring the achievement of positive results.
My technical expertise in project management began when I joined the team of analysts at the Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Pesquisa (FUNDEP). I then took on more complex and strategic challenges, such as providing management advice to the State of São Paulo, where I was responsible for facilitating the interface between the state government and the technical teams in the execution of priority projects. Later, I took on the leadership of the project office (PMO) at the Instituto Inhotim, a milestone that allowed me to manage institutional maintenance programs and national and international projects. Recently, as PMO at a large multinational company, I led a strategic technological modernization program that significantly transformed key areas in Brazil and Argentina.
I have a Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM1), an MBA in Business Management; a postgraduate degree in Corporate Environmental Management; a specialization in Project Management; and a degree in Tourism and Law from PUC Minas. I am fluent in English and have intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
Today, my goal is to occupy a position in project manager at an innovative organization that values professional development and is committed to positive social impact, where I can be part of a collaborative team and contribute my skills in complex project management, leadership and data analysis.
