Taken ownership of the Global Mainframe Security program at Equifax post-breach. I delivered the key deliverables of a three-year transformation roadmap in just 18 months, after which I was also given Program Management across all Security Operations, Engineering, and Architecture to lead a similar transformation.
Met with IBM's top technical fellows to analyze a new encryption system. In a series of highly technical discussions, I helped them understand potential gaps and risks related to everything from key lifecycle management to the specifics of how the system encrypted and decrypted data.
