I take complex requirements and policies and translate strategy into execution when the work is complex, cross-functional, and high visibility. My track record includes designing and implementing health transformation initiatives in the health safety net, leading large-scale policy research programs, managing applied research studies at think tanks, and building operating models that make big initiatives actually work. Some projects/achievements I'm particularly proud of include desiging/advising state Medicaid directors on benefits policy; influencing asset-building state and Treasury Dept. policy through my work at the Center for Social Development; and helping California jurisdictions sercure over $10 million in state funding to support health care transformation.
