I've built and ran two successful businesses for the last 16 years. Though I don't do the actual cleaning anymore, I have literally started from the ground up. From deciding I wanted to be my own boss, to taking on small janitorial roles on the side, to going full time, to being able to do all the admin and customer service work to now running a successful company.
