Cara’s latest book, The Secret Life of Career Coaching: Find the Work You're Meant to Do by Helping Others Do the Same, hit international bestselling status on Amazon. She also published The Art of Finding the Job You Love and Confessions of the Accidental Career Coach, both of which hit bestselling status here and abroad. She also co-authored a bestselling book with world-renowned author and speaker Brian Tracy called Ready, Set, Go!
Cara has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Hawaii. She is a certified Senior Professional Human Resources, a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, a Senior Professional Career Coach, and on the FORBES® Coaches Council. She is also Lominger Recruiting Architect® and TRACOM® Group Social Styles certified. She has volunteered with Wardrobe for Opportunity, a nonprofit in Oakland, ending poverty by helping individuals get a job, keep a job and build a career.
Cara resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three cats.
