By day, I lead Client Success and revenue operations for a consulting firm, where I’ve driven over $230K in cash flow improvement, built scalable billing and tracking systems, and turned “we’re not sure what’s happening” into clear, actionable growth plans.
On the side, I work with founders and small teams who are in that messy middle, where things are working… but not smoothly. That usually looks like:
