With more than 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, both in local and international agencies, I have developed a deep talent as a communicator —a skill I began honing at the Universidad Iberoamericana Santa Fe — and a keen ability to observe human behaviour and understand its motivations.
Throughout my career, I have received several awards and have had the opportunity to visit almost every country in the Americas. In addition, I have lived in Guatemala, Hawaii, and South Korea, experiences that have enriched my perspective on how individual beliefs influence social behaviour.
I enjoy reading, researching, and writing. To date, I have published two short stories, a novel and several poems, and I have participated as a speaker in forums and conversations on political, social and cultural issues. I am particularly interested in politics, philosophy, ethics, psychology and everything related to gender equality and human rights. I am concerned about the tendency to underestimate the feminine and the values associated with that energy, as I believe that this limits social evolution and encourages self-destructive behaviours that affect the planet.
I was born in Acapulco and grew up and developed professionally in Mexico City. In 2014, I returned to my home state, where I collaborated with the organic farmers' cooperative Xuajin Me'Phaa and participated in community work as Secretary of the Organising Committee of the Internal Regulatory System (COSNI) of Ayutla. I was also a citizen commissioner on the 08 Electoral Council of the INE during the processes of 2018, 2021 and 2024.
