Ernesto “Boogie” Boydon is a technology strategist, author, educator, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of digital transformation, organizational strategy, and innovation. He has led and advised startups, SMEs, large enterprises, academic institutions, and cooperatives, helping them translate technology into sustainable growth, operational clarity, and cultural change.
His work spans enterprise systems, digital maturity assessment, AI-enabled productivity, industry–academe alignment, and transformation roadmapping. He is the creator of the Davidic Growth Paradigm, a structured framework used to assess transformation maturity, align objectives through OKRs and OARs, and guide organizations toward scalable, future-ready operations.
