As PAM Distribution Ltd is a family business, the goal set for me was to make sure I understood all the job roll's within the business. Starting out as a warehouse operative, then a van driver, to HGV driver. after that I moved into the office side of the company, from office admin to project manager. The project I managed was for the importation of frozen blood plasma for the NHSBTS. once the contract ended I moved into a management roll & in 2018 I became the managing director of PAM Distribution.
