Sayantan has extensive experience in grounds-up design, development and execution of Domain, Digital and Solution Capability groups. He, in his current role, Sayantan leads the Global Process Governance, Global Subject Matter Expert pool, and leads the design-to-deployment of Diageo's strategic Order-to-Cash Transformation programs.
Prior to joining Diageo, he had (i) set up and led the Order-to-Cash Practice, Solution and Transformation group at Accenture Operations, and (ii) led an end-to-end design-to-implementation of Digital Innovation & Transformation program as a key element of Genpact's Lean Digital strategy. In these roles, he leads the concept-to-market lifecycle of solutions that integrate domain experience, digital technologies, and advanced analytics to enable re-imagination of BPM outcomes. In this role, he is spearheading the design & development of multiple concept solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A).
He has experience leveraging a wide spectrum of methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, etc., and digital technologies including Machine Learning, Blockchain, Robotic Automation, Natural Language Processing and Dynamic Workflow, among others, to architect transformational technology solutions for BPM operations.
Sayantan brings extensive knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management and Outsourcing with experience across Sales and Innovation lifecycle with exposure to Bid Management, Process Consulting, Technology Consulting, Solution Design & Architect and Business Process Transformation across functional horizontals.
