I have been part of growth stages that expanded operations from 300 to over 2,000 units, leading structures of up to 850 locations and 7,000 employees. My focus has been on strengthening internal controls, consolidating enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, and building organizational discipline at scale.
I have designed and implemented corporate security and operational governance strategies, significantly reducing risk exposure while reinforcing long-term organizational sustainability.
