With over 10 years’ experience in Project Management, across multiple industries, I add intrinsic value to any project. I am a skilled communicator who has strong organizational skills to effectively deliver against expectations.
My aim is to be trustworthy and customer-centric when delivering a business’s objectives on time, whilst implementing quality projects and business resourcing. I can assist any business in setting up and maintaining a healthy and operational Project or PMO environment.
Career highlights include replacing the Billing System for a top telecommunications company, using the Prince 2 Methodology - from planning to dry runs and most importantly the long-anticipated ‘go-live’. I have successfully managed multiple projects across Africa, in many cases this meant running multiple projects simultaneously. For anyone who thinks men can’t multi-task, I dare you to put me to the test. I also built a predominantly remote Software Development team from the ground up, through Agile and DevOps methodologies. This experience has propelled me into my next adventure and potentially the most exciting yet, thriving at the helm of my own consultancy.
