Sarah Woolsey is the Founder & Executive Director of the Impact Guild, a community development nonprofit that bridges the gap between San Antonio’s
underutilized property and neighborhood needs by reimagining assets of People & Place.
Since founding the Impact Guild in 2016, Sarah has supported dozens of community and faith leaders in growing the seed of an idea into sustainable
social enterprises and community-development projects. With a backgound in design and communications and organizational strategy, Sarah excels in designing resources and tools and
facilitating workshops rooted in asset-based community development and design thinking principles. You can often find her in community workshops in neighborhoods throughout San Antonio.
Through the Impact Guild, Sarah also leads Good Acres, a network of more than 118 faith, community and
city leaders working across sectors to activate community benefit projects in the areas of affordable
housing, workforce development and environmental sustainability. She also serves on the board of a
number of nonprofits and foundations and participating in facilitation opportunities focused on equitable neighborhood development, narrative change and community engagement.More...
