Shawn Burt is the Founder & CEO of Athlete Development Alliance, where he leads innovative programs to empower athletes in transition - in sport & in life. As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete and graduate of Dartmouth College combined with over 30 years of experience in sports management, Shawn has a proven track record of mentoring athletes and delivering results. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and was a member of the men's varsity hockey team.
