Business leader with 20+ years in financial services and sports. I spent 21 years with DNB, progressing from business controller to building new offices (Lillesand), leading branches (Grimstad), and ultimately serving as Branch Manager in Kristiansand. In 2022 I moved to IK Start, first as Commercial Lead to strengthen revenue, partnerships, and brand perception, then as Managing Director from January 2024, guiding day-to-day operations and stakeholder alignment through a demanding transition period. From 1 November 2025 I’m stepping into a Sales Manager role with NorEngros, a long-standing Start partner.
