I’m a programme and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations turn complex ideas into practical delivery. I’ve worked across defence, local government and national operational businesses, often stepping into situations where things feel a bit fragmented and bringing structure, clarity and momentum.
Most recently, I led a national portfolio of programmes focused on improving how the business operates day to day introducing better governance, clearer reporting and more joined-up systems. A big part of what I do is making sure people have the right information to make decisions and that change actually sticks, not just gets launched.
Across my career, I’ve delivered large-scale programmes, built delivery frameworks and improved performance, but what I enjoy most is working with teams getting everyone aligned, solving problems and seeing things through to a result.
