I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and qualified in 1988 from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Throughout my career spanning over 35 years, I have worked in both practicing firms of chartered accountants and in the corporate world, in UK, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and Pakistan. During this time, I rose from a position of Audit Senior to Chief Financial Officer and in the last 6 years, to Chief Operating Officer.
I have obtained a significant amount of experience working in Emerging Markets and have developed skills to execute corporate restructurings to turn loss-making businesses into highly profitable ventures.
