Experience during almost 19 years, along which I have covered different areas that have to do with: Creating and Following proposals, Public Relations, Customer Service and Support, Obtaining, Developing and Retaining Clients, Planning and Fulfillment of Budgets and Goals, and all related with Consulting and Sales. Also, Gathering requirements, Designing Customized Solutions, Creating documents for internal and external usage, Presenting teamwork and processes, Kick-off meetings lead, Brainstorming lead, QA of customized products, and Product Release Management. The
diversity in my experience is due to the different positions I have had in the sales, administration, and project departments.
I undertook many roles acting as a leader in many different ways and companies, particularly in Amadeus, where I worked for 12 years. Working for Amadeus, I did develop my career, and I was able to interact with different customers, especially airlines like Avianca and Latam (when still LAN Airlines) in Colombia and Mexicana in Mexico; and some large travel agencies as Travel Security in Chile, Aviatur in Colombia, Tije in Uruguay, among others. I also had the opportunity to work with colleagues from many countries.
After all these wonderful experiences, I had to start working as a freelancer which has given me the opportunity to work for several incredible customers. At the same time, this has taught to be more tolerant and to put my discipline and commitment into practice more consciously.More...
