Lawyer specialized in public policy, institutional relations, and international law. Holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana and a Master’s in International Humanitarian Law from the University of Essex (UK), with additional studies in economics, politics, and philosophy.
Experience across international organizations, government, and private practice, including work with UNHCR in Mexico and research on reparations for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence with the Global Survivors Fund and the University of Essex. Has also worked within the U.S. legal system and collaborated with Mexican government agencies on public policy initiatives.
