Tamala Healy is a dynamic IT student at She Codds Australia, where she is honing her skills in software development. With a passion for innovative technology solutions, she has successfully led several student projects, including the development of a retrospective board app, that reports on team performance and cohesion. As a project she also created an app that allows users to build poems and short stories with contributions from the community.
She also has 20 years experience in case management, administration and finance, in the disability and health sector. During this time her most notable achievements where reducing the outstanding debt of $2m in a health care organisation to $400k in eight weeks and implementing a housing program that allowed people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes.More...
