Over the past 7 years, I’ve built a solid career in Project Management, with the last 2 years dedicated to leading technology and software development projects across international teams. My journey into tech began when I transitioned from managing HR projects to overseeing web and app development projects for international clients, such as an e-commerce website with over USD 200K in daily sales and innovative companies like VAST Data, always working with Agile practices.
I work closely with developers, QA, designers, and product teams, organizing sprints, prioritizing tasks, and making sure everyone stays aligned on the project goals. I lead projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks, and tools like Jira, Asana and GitHub Issues, and also have experience working with CMS platforms such as Sanity and Contentful.
I’m a fast learner and adapt quickly to new technologies and I believe that a successful project is the result of strong relationships, team alignment, collaboration, and deliverables that create measurable impact.
