I've been learning and teaching wellness for almost twenty years. I began my journey sharing my love of yoga, meditation and energy work.
It shifted over the years as I began to study emotional intelligence, authentic relating, somatic communication, sound healing, Taoist tantra and somatic movement.
My love of embodiment and faith has led me around the world teaching in Nicaragua and becoming the main facilitator at The Portal in Costa Rica. Together we built the curriculum and hosted over 18 retreats while offering online integration coaching.
I have taught mindfulness, movement and emotional intelligence in schools where children learnt foundational skills to support their mental health and wellbeing.
I have also worked in sales and management for many years for both small and large businesses, offering my customer skills to the Ottawa region.
I am looking to work with a company where I get to utilize all that I have experienced and learnt, while also super open for growth and expanding my repertoire.More...
