and turning that life into real, transferable skill. Adapting to new places,
languages, and unexpected problems every week taught me to stay calm under
pressure, learn fast, and find a way forward when there's no map.
Travel made me resourceful; building a business made me capable. I founded and
run CebuLandMarket, an online property platform for Cebu, Philippines
handling everything from the website and digital marketing to customer
communication, operations, and partner verification. I taught myself the
tools, solved the problems, and kept it running solo.
