As a Senior Network Analyst at ManTech, I spearheaded the implementation of a brownfield deployment of Juniper EX switches for an enterprise customer on 3 geographically diverse sites. Developed a security baseline application to standardize the deployment of switches in DISA STIG compliance, which resulted in zero unauthorized customer downtime for the migration to the new Juniper L2 network while maintaining network security posture. Recognized for exceptional leadership, I led my team in successfully optimizing network performance by utilizing Juniper's hardware capacity and underutilized base assets (SMFOC and MMFOC infrastructure), resulting in over 90% of the network across installations now operating with fully redundant connectivity to maintain near 100% availability.
