In my current role as Future Workforce Advisor at Oxagon – a NEOM region, I work closely with global investors to design and implement workforce strategies that align with industrial innovation, localization goals, and long-term talent development.
Throughout my career, I’ve led projects focused on vocational training, Saudization, performance management, and organizational development. I’m passionate about building future-ready teams and helping companies create purpose-driven, people-centered workplaces.
I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix’s John Sperling School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I’m also ILM Level 5 certified in Coaching and Mentoring, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi), and I hold the HRCI Certificate in Leadership for Women in Business. I am also a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner.
