At Powercube, Ekatherina operated at the intersection of strategy, operations, wellness and F&B design, partnerships, PR, and community building. She launched and managed strategic partnerships with leading global brands including AVEA, Ultrahuman, Technogym, Soho House, and SoulSyncBody, helping position the club as both credible and aspirational while supporting rapid commercial growth to over 1,000 recurring members.
With over 10 years of experience across wellness, investment, and advisory roles, Ekatherina now advises and consults high-end wellness, longevity, and lifestyle brands globally. She supports founders and leadership teams in refining positioning, building scalable operating models, developing strategic partnerships, and creating premium client experiences that feel accessible, culturally relevant, and sustainable rather than trend driven or clinical.
Alongside her advisory work, Ekatherina is an angel investor and coach to female founders and high-performing women, with a particular focus on sustainable leadership, nervous system health, and building impact without burnout.
