I am an experienced marketing and media professional with over 14 years’ experience in the advertising industry in Cape Town. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with leading brands across multiple sectors, developing integrated media strategies and managing high-performing teams to deliver measurable business growth.
My career gained significant momentum at Hitch Digital Media, where I worked on prominent brands including Red Bull, Distell, and Huawei. During this time, I honed my strategic thinking, client leadership, and performance marketing expertise, contributing to impactful campaigns across digital channels.
In 2021, I joined Ogilvy’s Social.Lab team as an Account Director. In this role, I led a multidisciplinary team spanning client service, strategy, and media, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class work while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships. Working at Ogilvy further sharpened my strategic and leadership capabilities within a dynamic, globally connected agency environment.
I later accepted an opportunity to help establish and grow the South African office of Portugal-based agency YDigital Media. The role offered the chance to build and scale operations locally, which I embraced enthusiastically. Unfortunately, due to broader market challenges, expansion plans were curtailed.
Subsequently, I joined Rawson Developers on a contractual basis as Marketing Manager, where I led the go-to-market strategy for two successful property developments. I later supported LaunchBase with marketing strategy and execution across multiple developer clients, further strengthening my experience in property marketing and campaign delivery.
