I have participated in all commercialization stages from basic research up to exit from a life sciences start-up company. I have been involved in all business operations (research, development, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing as well as management), having a work history in big to small international companies.
I have also established scientific merits during my academic career, including Nature publication and being part of a number of applied research projects most of which were funded by Business Finlands R2B funding.
Additionally, I have trained students for life science business in SPARK, various universities as well as two MBA courses with excellent feedback.
Given my background, I´m professional in the commercialization of novel business concepts. I have personal merits especially in R&D strategy, business strategy, business planning, execution, and successful delivery of the variety of goals set, including fundraising and business development.
