I’ve worked in healthcare since 1997, starting in front-line roles as a medical secretary and medical assistant, and growing into leadership positions as an office manager, billing manager, revenue cycle manager, and consultant. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of practices—from solo providers to enterprise-level organizations operating in over 23 states and across multiple specialties.
My experience includes building and managing central business offices, leading large-scale EMR implementations (from paper to EMR, and EMR to EMR), and driving improvements in revenue cycle performance.
